This is not a knock on any particular employee I interacted with over the phone. Its just simply that this center seems to be notorious for losing package. I sent a package for our wedding in the beginning of January. After waiting about 2 weeks, I sent an inquiry about the package and was assured that the package was not lost, just not shipped yet. I asked if I could just get the package back to send through a different service, and was told to be patient. After a few minutes of trying to get it back, I let it be, hoping that the process would work. Fast forward to now, I have submitted a missing mail search (which I was told will now take up to 60 days) and an insurance claim (I was a fool and did not get all of it insured, so that's on me). The missing mail search has not been completed, but I'm getting told on the USPS that the claim went through and they are just labeling it as lost. So which one is it? Did they conduct the search? Or did they just give up and decide that since it was the free insurance, its no big deal? Obviously, the monetary loss is my fault for not getting insurance. My biggest issue is the conflicting information and just the lack of options I have for getting back my own package. Safe to say, I think my partner and I will be avoiding shipping using USPS as much as possible in the future

This is a great post office. It's a regional distribution center so your packages and mail get out a little quicker. I always drop off my packages here to ensure they get to their destination a little quicker.

Great caring people and service. It really has a family environment and people who care. Charmaine was incredible and very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. So was Janet. Janet was a sweet lady who was very helpful. These people are doing their jobs with limited resources, yet with a lot of love.

I CAN'T GIVE IT ANY STARS SIMPLY BECAUSE AFTER MY PACKAGE SAT IN MERRIFIELD P.O. SEVERAL DAYS, AND WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO AN ADDRESS IN SPRINGFIELD, VA. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT IT WAS RETURNED TO THE PENSACOLA P.O. (FL) WHY??? BEFORE BEING SENT TO YOUR P.O., IT SAT IN THE PENSACOLA P.O. FOR MORE THAN A FEW DAYS. NOW YOUR P.O. COULD HAVE DELIVERED IT TO SPRINGFIELD BY YOUR P.O..nIS SOMEBODY MISSING A BRAIN IN YOUR P.O.?????? INCIDENTALLY, MY PACKAGE WAS MAILED ON SEPT, 29TH FROM NORTH PORT, FL. FIRST CLASS AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN 2 TO 3 DAYS. TODAY IS OCTOBER 19TH. HOW CAN I GIVE ANY POST OFFICE A STAR?

I applied passports for my family on July 13, 2020. The lady’s working at that day, she didn’t get enough my son’s and my daughter’s documents( request for passport applicants) and my daughter’s translation of birth certificate get lost. Now, after 3 months waiting,Passport department sent me letters that i have to submit those documents. That’s not my fault, and I have to wait for how long?
