Friendly staff (I've never seen one of them grumpy). Pretty quick and fairly efficient. Only once in a while have I seen a line there. Generally, I'm in and out in 10 minutes.

Tried calling. They either let the phone ring or pick it up and hang up right away. If the job is too tough working for the government, there is always McDonald's or welfare. And very awful customer service

Had to send some documents and went to grab a priority envelope; went to the desk to have it mailed and an older man (I think Mike) rudely asked “overnight or priority” I stated priority and he said I have the wrong envelope and points to the stand and rudely says to get the priority so I said okay sorry and go to switch it. I also had grabbed a sticker to write the address but there are absolutely no pens anywhere (probably cause of COVID) so I take the sticker and new envelope with me and he rudely says “where is the where and to???” I say that here’s the sticker there’s no pens anywhere which then he proceeds to toss one at me under the shield and demands I write the info on the stand behind me (no one else is in there but me but ok). I turn around and write info and he comes out to shuffle some cards on a stand and then goes back. I finish and turn back around to hand him the stuff but he isn’t at the front hes in the back doing whatever. Finally comes out and rudely asks if anything is hazardous, etc. I state no. And then he asks me again! I say no again and go through the payment and I ask if there’s tracking and he just rudely goes on a tangent.nAbsolutely worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. If you dislike your job that much or hate people then don’t go into a position that requires you to do your job and talk to people. I felt SO uncomfortable the entire time. Avoid this location if possible.

Worst post office - I am consistently losing mail and rarely had any issues when we lived in Alexandria. Had a package that they failed or were too lazy to deliver so they are having me go in and pick up. Considering the stay at home order, this is unreasonable. No office number to call, just automated useless service. They can keep the pickles I ordered on Amazon!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Mike is going to run everyone from this post office if he has not done so already to you please listen to my warning and DO NOT GO THERE unless someone other than Mike is working. Management here should highly consider removing him from his position as he is not performing customer service in any fashion.
