USPS offices seldom get good reviews, but today’s experience was worth noting. Not only was Paul helpful, he was also friendly. Despite unusually long wait times, he was very apologetic and eager to assist. I’ve had great experiences here each time I come…and now it’s my default post office. I wish they had one of the automatic customer service stations,but that’s all that’s lacking.
My personal experience with this post office is Superb! This is The Post Office! Can you imagine a package from overseas with wrong recipient address and phone number and it was still delivered? This post office did it today! I want to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of this office, mailman and all hard workers. They not only deliver, they care and I think they do their best! Thank you so much!
Paul is always there when I go and he’s always very friendly and polite. Whenever there’s been a long line, it moves quickly for the most part and Paul apologizes for the wait which is appreciated.
Customer service is awful! The worst. I had to report an employee, that’s how bad it is. Only reason I still go is because I have. PO BOX there. It expires this month, I won’t be returning. Don’t waste your time, much friendlier at the Shirlington Post Office.
Only giving one star because I had to in order to rate. Absolutely the worst post office in the entire DMV area. The workers do not care how many people are waiting in line, they will still go slow. Be prepared to wait in line at least 15 mins. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only customer. You will be waiting. I recommend you only come here if every other post office is closed.
