If Google give an option to add -100 stars, I would do this.nThis USPS location is the worst in the whole Washington area. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Some time I think this people need a mental treatment. They are not helpful, the are losing mail and packages on the regular basis, they do not deliver mail onetime. Why USPS management do not do anything to improve the service at this location?! Today one of the worker (afro-american) brutally humiliated me and discriminated (probably because I have an accent) and this is not a first time! I wish all this personnel to be fired! They are not covid heroes, they are covid shame!
My parcel package was not delivered due to a full mailbox. How do you fit a 23lbs box inside a mailbox? Pure laziness. Mail carries will write a stories to avoid deliveries. As of this date, my package will be delivered at the post office own time and not as expected by the customer.
