I typically don’t post negative reviews, however my experience at this location was awful. Aside from standing in line for an obscene amount of time, the woman working the counter moved with absolutely zero urgency whatsoever. There are signs up that they are out of just about everything, yet after I finally get up to the counter, I’m told she can’t ship my box because she’s not set up to read QR code’s. (Actually, she told me she didn’t know what a QR code was.) How is this office getting paid to function as a USPS contracted location?!nnOh, and there was a candle burning on the counter behind her. In a mail room. Where there are tons of cardboard and paper materials. Makes sense. Save yourself the trip and go to an actual USPS office.

In the Kroger Plaza on Richmond Road, I find it very convenient. Compare it with standing in line at Nandino or Creative Drive. Pleasant staff.

My boyfriend and I went here today, Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 12:45. The door was locked and no one opened it. We went into Kroger and was in the car by 12:50. As we looking, we see the lady come and open the door not once hit TWICE for two different white ladies. So my boyfriend goes back to the door again and NO ONE ANSWERS THE DOOR. I will be back on Monday to talk to the manager.

No wonder the post office is going out of business! The cost of shipping and postage is ridiculous. It's better to choose other options...

Staff is extremely rude. Save yourself the headache and drive to another post office.
