NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND MY PACKAGE NEVER GOT DELIVERED!
Awful customer service. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone there, as nobody seems to care that the phone is ringing. Would not recommend.
I accidentally had a package delivered to my old address and they were very efficient and helpful about retrieving the package and getting it forwarded to my new address.
Slower then Christmas No one will answer the phone Have had several packages set at the sorting center for several days up to a week before it was sent to post office for delivery.
No one answers the phone. Impossible to get help.
