Absolutely amazing people!! I had to ship internationally and the process was seamless. Very accommodative and service minded staff. I cannot stress enough the importance of their service and I hope they realize how important and vital they are to all of us.
This is a poor example of a Post Office. Service is no good, people are rude, and they NEVER answer the phone number that is listed on Google. I suggest that everyone stay clear of this post office. Nothing but a head ache......and to think that most of these post office employees are getting a federal pension paid by our tax dollars. Disgusting.
Philip was amazing - very sweet and willing to help with such a simple request. I started to look at self service when he offered to help, and I had just walked in the door. I'll go here over the Creative Drive location from now on!
I went there about ten years ago and the service was so incredibly bad that I swore I would never go back to this place and I have never been back. Maybe it's better now but it was absolutely inexcusable for a DOWNTOWN post office to be so slow, inefficient etc. Grrrr
This is where I can receive my mail for right now. That's why I like this place.
