It is 8:00 pm Tuesday October 13, the mail person passed my house 3 times I waved him down and ask him to take my out going mail and he said he had packages first and would be back. He drove by again and I went out and my out going mail was in the box. I would expect better but I guess Trump is right in saying the USPS can’t even deliver the mail correctly and they are not concerned with picking up our out going mail.

Went to this post office as I have for the past 20 years to put an envelope in the outgoing. The boxes are gone on the street now?!?!?! This post office is so busy that getting in the parking lot is next to impossible. Then add the pandemic to this equation and tell me who the brain trust is in charge of this epic cluster ??nThe election is over, put the boxes back and do your job!!

Very rude customer service from the Dark Haired Lady who works the front desk.. She is very rude and has a nasty attitude when you ask her anything. If you are this unhappy with your job why not retire. I think the Blonde haired lady is very nice and sweet to her customers. If i knew the dark haired ladies name i would say but I don't .I just know your NASTY ATTITUDE is NO GOOD LADY>

1 star is one too many. Our mail carrier has delivered several packages to my house that dont belong, no one ever picks them up so I have to hand deliver them myself, well I now have a package that has been delivered to the wrong address. I called the Liberty Road number and never get an answer no matter what time of day I call. Called corporate opened a claim and they said the notes show the package was indeed delivered to the wrong address and they are trying to retrieve it. Ive called and called and can never get an answer to see about the status of my claim. Corporate left messages stating someone from this office needs to get in contact with me and I've yet to hear from anyone even after 3 days. My 2 year old could provide better customer service. Very disappointing.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! I have called this location SEVERAL times today to find out something and they REFUSE to answer...terrible service and will be speaking to whoever is in charge when I get there...
