My package was supposed to arive on march 28th. But it was pushed back to the 1st of april. Which i understand due to covid, everything has slowed down. Ups had delivered my package to the Lexington post office on march 26th. Today is now the 3rd of april. And usps has no clue where my package is.
Excellent customer service at Nandino location. Open until 6pm during the week & 1pm on SA.
Terrible service. They are very rude. Lady that was “helping” me spoke so fast it was hard to understand but when one of her regulars came she spoke perfect and clear. I told her to be carful with my package due to fragile stuff being in it and right after she started rolling it around. She is very disrespectful and this location is very unprofessional.
closed their doors way before 8pm. drove from lexington to Georgetown to be told that they were closed and would not let me in at 745pm. they came to door and opened it just to tell me they would not serve me.
Without a doubt I had the worst treatment, worst experience and most unfair treatment I've ever had in my life dealing with any business anywhere.
