I would not recommend using USPS (this branch or any branch) if you want confidence that mail or packages will arrive at their destination. In the past month 2 Amazon packages have been lost. My renewed driver's license was mailed to me 3 weeks ago and is seemingly lost as well.

I've been to this post office twice, the first time was in summer 2020 and it was about what you'd expect, decent service, short lines etc. When I went today I had the worst post office experience I've ever had, went in waited for 10 minutes for a couple who had lost a package in NYC (only 1 postmaster was working apparently). When I got to the counter with questions about shipping was scolded by the postmaster about not being ready even though I just needed a little advice, was instantly sent to the back of the line (again the couple in front had monopolized everyone's time) and then struggled to find an appropriate box with no price tag. I ship about once a year and every other occasion at the US post office has been good so I'm not sure what was going on here. The pandemic is stressful for all of us but now I'm regretting writing my congressman to keep funding the post office, will try other Lex locations in the future.

Sorry if you live in this postal area first off. Secondly, this is the third package within 2 months that has been “delivered”. I’m sure we all consider delivered the same meaning, as it is supposed to be in your mailbox or on your porch. No. They keep your packages on their truck and at their office for you to come get them because they deam it unsafe. As times are right now with COVID, I don’t appreciate having to come in 3 times in the winter months just to pick something up after all the confusion especially in a pandemic. I receive my regular mail but they keep my packages. Oh, and this one says delivered but somehow it’s unfound and lost now so, highly recommended using a different carrier. Also, you can never contact them on the phone, the other reviews are 100% correct

The staff have always been friendly here . Short wait times, usually . Well stocked inventory and the hours are a good fit as well .

Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a postal service. Staff is rude, gave home many days with no mail delivered, mail delivered to incorrect address multiple times, refuses to pick up our mail from our office at times, just terrible service. Had absolutely no problems prior to January 2020. Wish I could give a zero.
