Mountain Home Post Office: 10 Stars! The ladies at the front wrangled a ton of customers with speed, skill and wonderful personality. Wow! Impressed!
Consistently misdelivers mail in the Silverstone subdivision. I frequently get mail for other neighbors. Sometimes, I even get their packages. I've also had neighbors get my packages. Other neighbors frequently post in the subdivision's facebook page, looking for people whose mail they received. It's ok when an occasional mistake happens, but at this point, it's gotten old. Y'all are the mail delivery people. You're the ones getting paid. Not us. Please fix your system!

Staff always helpful, and service is always as quick as they can manage, even when busy
This post office continues to deliver my mail to the WRONG address. If I can’t find my box I have to go down the street and ask a lady who constantly is getting my packages since her home number is 477 and mine is 447. When hers goes missing she does the same. It’s infuriating! Then when we call they make it our fault, like it’s our mistake.
