Every single person working here is super nice. I send out a ton of packages and they have never lost them, they have never not scanned them through their data base and no one has ever been rude. I’m so comfortable with the employees working here that I do not hesitate to leave expensive packages in their blue box outside their building or in any blue box in Port Orchard. I do prefer to come in and get a receipt just in case but if the line is in the hallway I just drop off and go and I’ve never had an issue. Everyone like I’ve mentioned before is super nice. I’ve seen a woman working before (she wears a smiley face mask and recently had a cast but I can’t remember her name) be SO professional when a gentleman came in complaining about a slight printer ink smear on his election ballot. He basically accused the USPS of fraud and she left NO CRUMBS, while listening to what he had to say, letting him finish, still showing him respect and patience and giving him facts while maintaining an apolitical, calm and rational tone. Jacob is always very nice and upbeat as well, and has been super kind and engaging to my toddlers when I bring them in, which is beyond his job description and so appreciated by all of us caregivers who have to bring a kid in with us. I wish I could remember to do the surveys that are on the bottom of the receipt but I never do. I’m a very anxious person when it comes to relying on third party companies to help execute my small business and this particular post office has never let me down. I always ship USPS and can’t imagine shipping with any other carrier.

I have had a Post office box since 1970, I have had excellent service. They do a great job.

Like many, I’ve had my fair share of mishaps. That said, my recent interaction with Kathy pushed them from 2 to 4 stars. I am epileptic and can’t drive. I’m also in healthcare and need to be very careful about my bus trips (COVID). I’ve been having quite a few struggles getting a package and going to the office during their hours isn’t an option for me. Today, Kathy helped me find a solution and my package has been safely delivered! Hopefully, they keep it up!

The mail carrier for my area is the laziest person I’ve ever met. All packages big or small go undelivered. I've submitted 20 formal complaints the driver needs fired for gross negligence with mail delivery

Even worse than Bremerton's USPS.nnThey do not ship packages in a timely manner. It takes DAYS for my packages to ship. As a self employed individual, this is frustrating. My customers become frustrated with me because they see the package isn't shipping even though I've dropped it off. I am losing business because of the incompetency of this post office.nnI am seriously thinking about driving all the way to the Bremerton post office on Sylvan way to mail my products daily. Bremerton would scan it and update the tracking within a few hours of drop off. Which is amazing!
