This post office is great the people are really friendly.
I swear to god if you live on field or nook road you’re the last person in algonac to get their mail. I see mail vans out every morning, hard at work. But whoever decides to deliver mail down these streets probably rolls out of bed at noon-one o’clock and gets going. Waiting on important mail and packages everyday is getting very old. You cannot blame this on covid, if you do it’s simply taking advantage of a pandemic to be lazy.
WONDERFUL AND GREAT PEOPLE WORK HERE!!!!! With assisting me with important things I ask about to anything I need, or anyone else needs, they seem to not mind at all to assist you. This is a great feeling!!!! To know the people are kind, sweet, caring, and never EVER make fun of you FOR ANYTHING you say or do, is absolutely wonderful!!! I feel right at home at this place. The service is absolutely fantastic, and I will and can say it to their faces or behind their back, Keep up the EXCELLANT WORK!!!!
Michael Bembas the post master refuses to deliver my mail because I am a part time resident who commutes between homes. Complete and total disrespect for the customer. The 1 star is for the lady whose name I did not get who answered the phone on a Saturday and saw to it that my package was delivered. My bad for not getting the name of the 1 person who does provide good customer service and deserves recognition.
I had a stack of cards to mail and Jeanne at the counter actually offered to stamp all 62 of them for me and mail. What a great lady! Made my day because I had an impatient person waiting for me in the car...
