My package went from belvidere to byron. The. Exact. Opposite. Direction.
Apparently nobody cares for there customers, that is really sad, Going else wheres.there lazy and they do not mail the packages on time,and they over charge, I thought if your happy were you work then, wish you had a better attitude counter help
If you like getting other peoples mail and packages and never getting the stuff shown in your Informed Delivery Daily Digest, month after month, this is the post office for you. A complete utter joke, and the poster child for why the Postal Service bleeds millions of dollars each year.
I ask the lady at the counter that I wanted to mail a letter and she told me that i had to put the stamp myself and throw it inside the mailbox next to her.
