Been here 5 times everytime same woman is extremely rude and condescending. Never again will I use it.
The service at the Fultondale post office has gotten worse and worse -- especially since the new employees showed up. The older employees were MUCH nicer and more helpful. The Post Master needs to CLEAN HOUSE !
Always courteous and helpful. Never had any problems.
So i had a package scanned delivered to my box Monday but wasnt in my box. Went in to inquire about the package and basically was told the postal lady said she put it in your box. But ill.ask her again. I felt like they were implying that i was lying about receiving it. I normally dont have issues with my packages or mail . I dont understand whats the issue
The worst post office I have ever had. I’m speaking from experience since I have lived in multiple states and several different cities in Alabama. My mother who is a retired post master would never run her office like this.
