I am missing 3 packages from last week that USPS says we’re delivered, one by the door & 2 in our lock box. Checked the cameras and there hasn’t been anything left by either door on that day or after. Nobody else has a key to my mailbox except for myself only.
Very nice people, especially clerk 12 who took care of me. A little bit of a line, but it moved quickly. Overall a pleasant experience.
The worst postal service, their superiors should analyze the criticism and scold them for such poor service, both in deliveries and in customer service in the office. They have returned my packages back thousands of times, and they have no explanation for that when I claim them, they have disrespected me as a citizen, and every time I try to talk to them peacefully, their workers treat me badly, or they do not attend to me at ease. They are simply the worst postal service in the United States.
People there have always been nice to me. They have a lot of people, as most post offices, and everything seems to get through orderly and efficiently. I like the place and the people. I was just looking up their hours because I need to mail a package when they open. Honestly, the people that work there are very nice.
Very hostile employees they’re very rude with the customers it’s just sad it wouldn’t hurt to smile to a customer very once in a while, they act like their doing us a favor. The post office needs to hire people that do appreciate their jobs.
