They keep loosing packages, they are being rude. Let your manager know if you don't want to work there and there will be people who are willing to work there. ( JOE B. Can't even tell me what side of the street my mailbox needs to be. Don't even try calling no one will ever answer the phone.
In the past 2 days I’ve had 2 packages marked as delivered totaling over $500 that are no where to be found. After calling about 10 times I FINALLY got in touch with someone who basically told me it’s not their problem. The carrier should be fired!!!!
One out of four packages are delivered to the wrong address and the carrier has NO idea where it was delivered
VERY RUDE. I went to pick up a box for my boss and the lady talked to me as if I was incorrect and there was no package. Then was making me walk back and forth to each end of the desk to follow her, saying “ lady come here”.A very unprofessional lady and with zero manners. Only to find out my box was there.
