The two ladies that work here are fantastic! Not gonna lie, the first time I went in they seemed a little curt. But, just last week, I had to mail a package and the worker at the counter took the time to help me switch the package to another box so I could save myself $11. I was so grateful for her genuine concern and willingness to stop and help me. Fantastic customer Service!!
The window clerks are nice and helpful but the delivery of the residential mail is unpredictable and missing mail regular.
Mail shows up at my house 3-4 days after being scanned in and emailed to me. Packages I pay for next day shipping doesn't arrive until 4-5 days later. This is ridiculous and have complained numerous times and they keep stating I need to stop and be patient. We need changes at the post office. Too many complaints. Board of governors here I come.
I wish I could give - stars I was outside and then they don’t even deliver my package they drive on by like I am very upset that was my birthday present
I am very grateful for all that you do for our community without hesitation. Thank you
