I am the Owner of a New Home in the Independents Subdivision I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE GET a PO BOX ASSIGNED TOM MY PHYSICAL Address.nI was told all I had to do Wall supply the Mail Carrier with a 911 Proof of address Certificate....I did. They are always helpful and nice.
I have never had any issues with this facility I have lived in shepherd 23 years
Really bad, I'm waiting or a post office key for more than two months, they are not friendly, kindly
