Staff is pleasant and timely and always willing to go above and beyond to help!
Quality and service is often lacking. Attention hours are not always followed. All too often will I drop a parcel off in the morning and it will takenup to a few days for them to even do the entry scan (I have my doubts parcels are even shipped the same day as drop-off). I go here just because I work in the building. Unfortunately this just gives the impression of an under-budgeted USPS office that is not high in their priorities list.
Left my ebay package at this location and my package is lost before it was scanning into the transit tacking. How careless staffs would be to make a mistake like this
Service was great! Friendly and efficient. I had a hard time finding it. Look in the food court down the hall next to Antone’s.
