Veronica at the Edmonds location is very crude and curt. Short gray haired woman with glasses. I don’t know how she obtained the job or how she can work with people and have such a hostile attitude. Such a shame because she’s sees many people daily.

Worst PO in the US. Could not even give me a return mail postage paid USPS Acceptance Recipt. Cited covid 19. Said she was the only one there and she was boss. I then went to Lynnwood PO on 208th got my receipt and was told they didn't understand why I couldn't get a return acceptance receipt. Worst customer service I ever had. DO NOT PATRONIZE.

Called this office regarding a mistake I made putting my address on a package. The woman I spoke with (I believe her name was Heather) was very helpful and got the address fixed and my package sent within the week!

One member of the staff (older woman with gray hair and glasses) is possibly one of the rudest people I have ever encountered anywhere. She has no business working at any position that involves talking to people in general, let alone customers.

I've been coming to this location for three years. All employees have been friendly and helpful.
