Love this post office. It is very small, but the gentleman at the front was very kind and patient. Efficient service, and it opens earlier than the McKinney location. A much more pleasant experience than the one in McKinney on 75.
I haven’t written a review ever, but I wanted to take the time and write one this time. I have been to many other post offices where the staff was phenomenal, but I’ve never experienced poor customer service like I have from one particular lady in the front. Rude, short with everyone, and extremely unhelpful. The other gentlemen working there is awesome! Mad props for him for having to work with her everyday.
I truly hope they have plans to upgrade. They need a new building, additional staff, and a bigger game plan. They can’t keep up with the growth. I have experienced lost packages and incorrectly delivered packages. I don’t trust them to deliver my mail - whenever I have the chance, I chose a different delivery service. Hopefully, things will change soon. I’m sure the staff is just as frustrated.
One of my packages was lost and Lisa went above and beyond to help locate it and work on a replacement. Wonderful customer service. Thank you, Lisa.
The service inside is amazing. However, I question the integrity of the carriers, as my coupon inserts are always missing (specifically my RetailMeNot inserts). The outer page that holds the actual coupons is left empty weekly. My husband suggested I start documenting and that’s what I’ve been doing. I have also made corporate aware of the issue.
