Christine customer service is terrible! I seen today how she spoke to two elder people as if she was scolding them they simply didn’t understand the rates and she was rude as she said I’m trying to explain to you so if you want to listen or not . She interrupted them very rudely. Her attitude needs to be addressed.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced with a mail service! We recently moved here and loved our post office in our old town. We became friends with the workers, everyone had a smile and was genuinely there to serve. Since moving here I have had to use the post office frequently for work and have been disappointed with how cold the service is. Today I asked a question and the woman was extremely rude to me. Very unprofessional and kind of shocked that she spoke to me that way. I will be making the drive to prosper for my future post office trips. Very sad, it shouldn’t have to be that way.
Postal service is mediocre. What ever happened to treating people equally. Clearly there is lack of communication at that place. “Manager” or whatever she is gave me a completely nasty attitude when i asked if they could get my mail since i forgot my key. Knowing ive had a po box at that location for the last 10 years. Disgusting, on top of that there is mail always missing. Seriously EVERYTIME! postal inspectors will be hearing from me to get things under control.
Always a huge line for sending specialty mail or packages. They cannot manage mail holds correctly. You never receive mail the correct date or they deliver some mail during the hold. The service has gone downhill significantly in the last year.
The most incompetent post office and mail people in north Texas ins specific a mail person who drives in a white Plymouth van who constantly delivers the mail to the wrong address and hits trash cans with her van while she drives. I'm calling the Postal Inspector service.
