This place is the worst wait and wait all day these people have no sense of urgency and they all have the worst attitude! I would give this place a zero if it let me!

They never answer phones calls when you have questions nobody picks up the phone
2 out of 3 of my recently delivered Priority Mail packages arrived in my PO Box OPENED! One was missing contents. Not sure if they are looking for cash, gift cards & goodies at Christmas time...?ud83eudd14nnBecause of this, I chose to use UPS this year (and from now on) to deliver all my packages that I have always mailed Priority Mail by USPS in the past.nnWhile the friendliness of the employees at the counter has improved recently. The handicap buttons to automatically open the doors have not worked in YEARS!! Maybe they never did work? Please fix them all.
Sheridon was the lady at the front desk today, she was rude, had no enthusiasm to her tone. I had to leave this location & go to another because she said she didn’t have a white paper tag to address my package. She didn’t even offer to just write the sending info on the package instead of using a label tag. This used to be my favorite location but she ruined that. She was no help what so ever, especially to the people who are new to shipping packages, I heard her making the lady in front of me feel less of herself because she didn’t know ounces to pounds
