Ballard Carrier Annex

Horrible service!!!! Run by buffoons!!! They lost a package I delivered. I talked to Jeff (the manager) twice. He said he'd look into it and call me back. He never did. It's been almost two months. I cannot reach anyone by telephone since April 3, 2020. It's now April 29. The phone just rings and rings. Sometimes someone will pick up the phone and hang it up.

Since these guys know they can't get fired they simply don't give a f , however some are actually good

Jeff's dedication was the only positive highlight about this place that justifies the 2 stars, everything else is either bad or average. If you're lucky, someone will pick up the phone after 10 tries (granted, the few people I've talked to have been nice). I filed multiple support cases for the same issue because they never sent me any updates that I can reply to even though I requested to be contacted via email. USPS internal system is so bad they couldn't tell why my package keeps going back to the distribution center for weeks and then suddenly reappeared at the sender's origin facility instead of going to this post office. USPS Seattle offices were not helpful at all (despite Jeff's efforts to escalate the issue and keep me in touch) and did not know what was going on between their own facilities.

Jeff is a rock star, seriously deserves a raise and unlimited PTO! i recently moved and had a package coming that had the wrong street address of my new place, Jeff found my package and hand delivered it after he got off work. Jeff- thank you :D!

The guy at the front, I think his name was Josh, gave great customer service. I was there about 6 months ago and the Asian lady seemed frazzled and unsure what to do. However Josh quickly helped me track a package and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. I’m always in a hurry so next time I will wait to get this guy. Great customer service, efficient and polite.
