Worse worse worseeee companynThey always lose my packages
I love this location! It’s tiny and hidden in a back hallway, and so there’s never a line. Everyone who works there is always nice and helpful, plus they actually have packing tape you can use.nnBest way to find it is enter the building from 3rd avenue, then walk all the left (north) all the way to the end. It’s just before the gym on your right.
Generally this is a nice little post office without the huge line. But, because there's only one person who runs the counter, it's closed for about an hour around 2:00 o'clock. The problem is, they don't stick to the schedule. Sometimes it's closed 10 minutes early sometimes 30 minutes if they have a longer line, to ensure the guy gets his break. So, if you're just there to drop off mail, go before 1 pm.
The staff is so rude and not helpful at all. They never truly answer your question. We have to repeat our question several times to got the answer without any respect.
Nice little office and not very busy. A little hard to find (it's at the very bottom floor near gyms. If entering the plaza from 4th Ave, need to take a bunch of elevators down). The guy working here is very helpful!
