Stopped in to send a return package through USPS. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind! I’ve been to multiple postal services in Seattle and this was by far the most straightforward and enjoyable experience. I’ll continue to use this location for all my future needs. 10/10 recommend.
Remotely purchased an item from a Seattle antiques dealer that didn't offer shipping. Reached out to the Mailbox Seattle team for assistance - they arranged to pickup my purchase, professionally package the item, and ship it to me in San Francisco. Overall easy & seamless service - would definitely recommend.
Excellent service! Drop off, get items packages, get papers printed...full service! Also very conscious about COVID safety.
They're always fast and patient and super helpful, I no longer dread it anytime I need to ship something!
