Had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my residence. I was home waiting watching TV and never heard a knock at my door. I received a text saying my package had been delivered and left near my door. I looked and the package was not there. I contacted USPS through their website and told them what had happened. I received a email 3 days later stating that they consider the issue resolved as it has been delivered. Horrible customer service.

YESTERDAY (AND TODAY IT'S STILL NOT HERE) MARKS THE 4TH PACKAGE NOT TO BE DELIVERED IN TWO WEEKS. With my work schedule I can't drive 38 minutes to and from during your open hours just because the post person won't bother to put a box on the porch (no cars in the way - less than 10 steps) LAST YEAR the postal person lost our TAX RETURNS. HAVEN'T HAD DECENT SERVICE SINCE KIM HAD OUR ROUTE.

I was having issued with my deliveries and my carrier reach out to me. She was super nice. She went above and beyond to explain to me what was going on with my packages.

Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. We have packages every week that are “undeliverable” because our mail box is full.nA- we are a business with a receiving department.nB- we have someone to accept packages from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.nIf they are too lazy to get out of their vehicle and walk 20 feet, maybe they need to find another line of work. They have 1 job, deliver packages, and they can’t get that right...

I am really agitated today for first time with Amazon for using USPS service in a city I was visiting. I was told the address was undeliverable when that was not the case at all. Whoever was the carrier was lazy and didn't want to either come up the hill, or just was like forget it being bothered by it being a cabin.. My gps, usps postal verification, and google maps said address was correct and brought me straight here. But supposedly all of a sudden the address was incorrect. I came out of town, and needed some headphones believing as much as I order from Amazon then no matter where I am at that it would be delivered. But it was this horrible post office and I should have known by reviews
