I have lived at this same address since 2001. I have put mail to be picked up by my carrier in my box since 2001. Up until early 2020, it was picked up with no issues.nnHowever, since early 2020, there have been on more than one occasion, situations where my mail to be picked up by my carrier, has been left sitting in my box for days. For example, today Monday my mail to be picked up has sat in my box since Saturday. The carrier delivered mail into my box on Saturday but left my 2 bright orange and 3 white envelopes.nnI called the main post office in Shawnee and spoke with Kevin Moss, the supervisor on duty.nnI shared my story and thought I may get a response like: I’ll remind my carrier to be more conscientious or I’m sorry for this and how can we remedy it or something similar.nnBut no.nnFirst, he said I needed to go buy a red flag and drill it into my brick mailbox.nnSecond, write a note on piece of paper and put in mailbox to alert carrier.nWhich in my opinion if carrier isn’t looking in box to see my envelopes then how is he gonna see the note.nnMy point to him was to look in box... it takes a second or two.nAnd if he is putting mail into my box then most likely he should see the orange/white envelopes already in there. How could he not.nnJust because we’re in pandemic situation shouldn’t have any bearing on good customer service but it seems that is the standard excuse for the day.

Come on guys never had problems getting my mail but for the last 7 months I never know when I will get it my address does exist stop sending my mail back to the sender keep telling me for some reason my mail is on two different routes stop telling me that y'all is going to fix this and don't this is getting really old

Post is high and don't even. Give you a Glassine Envelope with stamps so all break.nN1020568 yes you can get them.

Seem to over charged for postage, and does give post office bags when you by stamps.

Had a signature required notice on Friday, went to the post office that day to make sure a very important medical package would be redelivered on Saturday. Just watched the carrier deliver mail and keep going...no package. And how is the post office not open on Saturday in a town this size? Surrounding small towns are open limited hours on Saturday...Tecumseh and Mcloud for example.
