I find their help with price comparisons of shipping via the major mail companies VERY considerate. Have always had outstanding customer service.
Sole reason for my 1 star selection (wasn’t sure if 0 stars is acceptable) is the horrible customer service by the lady behind the front desk. It was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in the last few years. I don’t know how this store is still in business.
My sister sent my 4 y/o daughter a birthday card with some cash in it. When it arrived the USPS padded envelope had been tampered with and the money was gone. Will not do business here again.
This is an inexpensive way to secure package delivery. The staff has always been helpful.
