Can't believe the negative reviews for this Post Office. The staff here are always gracious, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've been going here for years, and I'm thankful to have this great service so close to home. Kudos to USPS staff at this branch, don't let the negative reviews get you down!!

All my lost packages from the past month just showed up in a locker with key in my mailbox.. Better late than never thankyou USPS.

I’m not shocked by the negative reviews. My personal experience was with Susan over the phone. I called to inquire about a redelivery notice left in my mailbox on my package. I was already irritated the notice said “unable to deliver mailbox full.” It was a large 17lb box of diapers for my special needs child. The mailbox could have been empty and on no days would it have fit. The customer service agent, and I use that term loosely because everything about the way she conducts herself is the opposite of customer service, was of zero help. She put me on hold mid sentence without even telling me and after calling back she hung up on me mid sentence. I don’t understand people that take positions that have zero desire to do what the job calls for. Customer service is acknowledging your customers frustrations, and finding a solution. I’m a supervisor and I ask interviewees “How do you handle a bad day? How would you handle a customer that is frustrated?” Never would I hire someone if their answer was I would hang the phone up in their face. Wether this location wants to admit it or not they have an issue with professionalism. I am one story of many and their reputation is becoming clear. How many customers need to be hung up on, mistreated, given poor service and met with an attitude for this location to get its act together, have some pride in their workplace and train their employees accordingly?
