I have 4 packages that are missing through this office. I was sent by the claims department to get Further help with this issue.nThe manager I spoke with wouldnt even let me get a word out before she shut down everything I said or get any advice on what steps I needed to take to get location on these packages. When I address her tone with me she proceeded to say “I am not going to change my tone, I am a very direct person and that’s just what it is...” I proceeded to say “I am not taking an irritated tone with you as you are with me, I am trying to get location on these packages and you won’t even let me get a word out, the lack of customer service is outrageous.”and she just hangs up in my face! I have never been so distracted!!!!
I will say with all of the recent bad press USPS has received, this post office gave me just a little bit of hope. I’ve been trying tirelessly to contact an actual human for DAYS on end. My own local post office in midtown won’t even answer the phone. I was able to get in touch with one of the newer employees at this office, I believe his name was Deandre. He may not have been able to give me all the answers I was looking for, but was able to set me in the right direction on who to call and where to go to help locate my lost package. GIVE THIS MAN A MEDAL!!!!
I have experienced very poor transactions with this branch office. The agent that assisted me was very unprofessional while I was trying to ask in reference to my package, she had earphones in her ear.n,dancing and chewing gums while she was waiting on me. On December 1st I was told to come to pick up my package that supposed to have been delivered by my carrier on November 21st to my mail box. When I arrived at the branch office I was told they couldn't find my package. Three days later I received a text from the consumer affairs and they told me that my package was sent back to the sender on December 1st 2020. I contacted my sender and reported that they send my package back to them instead of resend it back to me.
Nice phone support, but overall terrible service. I have a $530 tv MISSING at this location. I spent 3 hours on customer support with Amazon and USPS to try to find it and redeliver. No redelivery after I was told they would 3 times.nnMy girlfriend also has 5 packages missing for about a month now at this same location.nnThis branch needs a rehaul severely and should be a priority for corporate, in all honesty.nnDo yourself a favor and get a PO box with a different zip code.
