Some of these staff need to get fired. Lying about delivering packages. This tall light skin mail lady with braids keeps losing my packages and the damn post office won’t do anything about it when I report her ... these people make me angry
Literally no customer service. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting to drop off my package (it was valuable so I needed to make sure it was scanned). I heard voices but no one ever came to the front despite ringing the bell multiple times.
This place is seriously the worst. Incompetent/rude employees with the worst work ethics ever.
Worst customer service. A one start does not even do it justice. They bluntly told me that they do not get paid to place packages by apartment doors. So if your package gets stolen it is all because this branch is definitely not doing their job to leave package in secured locations. And you can definitely forgot about getting an Amazon package since Amazon allows USPS to leave packages anywhere.
The absolute worst customer service. It’s not even service basically talking to a robot. Did not help, or even try to help. Didn’t ask for name or tracking number to locate a Missing package Only address. Then I asked if she can look up by tracking number and she said no because she was looking at the packages that was brought back smh...
