Did you know that this location closes from 2pm to 3:30? Neither did I! It doesn’t say so online or anywhere. The best part is that it closes even if you are already in line at 2:00 - even if there is nobody else in line behind you, and your package will only take a second or two. Presumably the person behind the counter has a pressing appointment to go be rude somewhere else promptly at 2:05, so be careful not to organize your day to send that package off during this particular 90 minutes.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! This location closes at 5 PM. I arrived at 4:40 PM. When I arrived the customer service rep didn’t initially tell me that she wouldn’t be able to assist me. Then when I walked away to get some tape she put a cone behind the guy that was in front of me and insisted that she could anyone else (keeping in mind that there was no one else after me). At first I thought she meant anyone after me but apparently she also meant that she would not service me. So I stayed while I tried to get my packages together. After 10 minutes of me being there she then mentioned that she would not help me. At this point I had already been there I figured why not at the very least still get my packages together. Then someone else walks in and the customer service agent said that she could not help her. Until the person who walked in actually mentioned that she needed to drop off packages. This is when the customer service agent said that she would help her. Then I mentioned that I two came to drop off packages. From there she gave me an attitude and insisted on not servicing me. Guarantee I had 6 packages which may have seemed like more work than she wanted to do, however, that does not exempt her from delivering service. I understand that you want to leave work early but what she did was just not right. I’ve never had this kind of experience before at a post office. If you intend on going here, save yourself and just go to another location! 4/1/21

Randomly a sign on the door close for lunch from to 2 to 2 h 30 on a Monday!!!nOk I understand the person has to eat, butn2 h 00 you would expect a post office to be open. It closes also before 5 pm more liken4 h 40 . There is only one employee. She is nice but it is crazy there are not 2 to cover the full day properly

Very unprofessional! The bald headed and ignorant lady behind the desk gave me a hard time over shipping a simple box. Judging from the reviews this location is the worst just go to another one.

I left work on my lunch break to mail a package at this USPS location and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Although the USPS website says that this location is open from 9 am to 5 pm, this location has decided that they will be closing from 2 pm to 3:30 pm daily. This wouldn't be an issue if the mid day closed hours were posted on the USPS website so that people knew not to come when the store randomly closed in the middle of the day. However, nowhere on the website are the mid day closed hours posted. This resulted in me wasting my lunch break going to USPS and not being able to mail my package.nnTo make matters worse, when the lady at the front desk communicated the mid day closing to the line of customers that had been patiently waiting, she used an unprofessional tone. She told us that everyone after the customer wearing red will have to come back after 3:30 because they're closing. Time is a precious thing to waste and thanks to this USPS location my time was wasted.nnUnfortunately, during my visit I confirmed that what others have noted in previous reviews is true. I will not be revisiting this location and will instead take my business to UPS.
