I’ve always had pretty solid service here, all things considered. It’s never been fast but the staff is at least cheerful and pleasant. They do have large partitions put up since Covid so you can feel safe. Normally there isn’t a terrible line which is good if you need to drop something quickly.
Completely Understaffed. Long slow line EVERY time I come here. Only 1 (sometimes 2) people working regardless of what time is. Those who are working so seem to know what they are doing though. Help them out & give them some more staff!
The clerk told me the expected delivery date. Circled it. Then he underlined the number and told me I can track with the tracking number.nThanks guys! Continue great service.
How do you have 1 person working on a Saturday morning with a line out the door? No wonder the post office is such a disaster. They need a former ups or Fedex leader to come in and fix this incredibly broken and poorly run organization.
I really dislike this location and I wish I hadn’t purchased a PO Box for 12 months here. They always seem to be understaffed and the older man who works the front always seems to be unpleasant.nnThe last time I came here, he denied being able to print out a shipping label and said all packages had to have a prepaid label (never heard this before). What are customers supposed to if companies don’t offer prepaid labels? Purchase a return label, right?
