Have a package that needs to be picked up TODAY! BUT NO MESSAGE SAYING IT IS READY FOR PICKUP! PACKAGE CONTAINS LIVE EGGS! THE LONGER THE EGGS ARE OUT OF AN INCUBATOR THE LESS LIKELY THEY ARE TO BE ABLE TO HATCH LIVE CHICKS! I WILL SUE THE POST OFFICE IF THEY DON'T HATCH AFTER WE FINALLY GET THEM!
Every time I have to mail something or pick something up, I have the pleasure of dealing with Warren! When I'm sending off packages, he is always a joy to work with! He finds anything I might need, and helps with finding the best rates! He has the patience of a saint! Makes my day so much easier! Thank you!
I got an email informing me that their incompetent mail carrier put my package in the wrong mailbox! They didn’t even care or try to make it right! When I asked if they could just have someone sign for all the mail I was told they have way too many people to do that for! I even asked if they could keep the replacement package at the office so I could pick it up. Nope! These incompetent hillbillies should not have a job where they are handling our personal mail!
I had an issue with a carrier handing off my mail and package to some random person. I was very upset but I went to the post office location and spoke with Warren, who helped me tremendously! He called me and kept me updated while trying to figure out what happened and eventually found my package! I am so thankful as that was a gift for someone. Package had been opened but everything was intact. Warren went above and beyond and I appreciate that more than anything. Thank you!
They admit to having the packages but can’t tell me where they are and have no answers for me. They suggest I file a claim in a few weeks. That doesn’t help me nor my customers. It’s sad because a few of the front desk individuals are very friendly but whoever is running the building is lacking common sense and intelligence.
