The man working here was very rude to me for no reason. All i was doing was asking questions that he could definitely help me with but i guess not. Terrible service.
A bad experience. Went there to get some information. Guy on desk was very indifferent and looked least interested in his job. I believe his name was Andre. He reluctantly gave out some information. Didn’t help much. He Was more interested in moving forward to next customer without completely answering my queries. Office also showed no responsibility towards delayed mails. Lady at Vinton office was much nicer and very cordial.unfortunately this office deals with mails for my zip code.
very upset with customer service. package lost, amazon says it’s there, dude at counter said they don’t have it and tried to make me feel stupid. worst customer service i’ve ever received. rather drive further for better service.
So I went in this location(sadly) to help my father translate, since he don’t speak any English he only speaks Spanish. I have worked at customer service my entire life & have never treat a single person in a nasty way or disrespectful at all. I’m not going to speak about every employee in there just about the disrespectful human being working in this location he is a total disgrace this is why this world is what it is at this point. They shouldn’t have this person working there he is obviously worth nothing I’m truly disappointed about this location for thatud83dude14 he’s name is ANDRE the most obnoxious person I met in my life.
One particular agent shows compassion and patience. Very nice guy to work with! I try to get in his lane!
