The guy at the front was very rude!! I felt as tho if I would have been white he would have been more than happy to help me!!
Let’s start with yesterday. The mail lady delivering in my complex looked lost! I assumed it was my sons package. Then she was in my complex for about 5-10 minutes. Never came to the correct unit! Like I said my child and husband were outside with me. When she didn’t deliver to our door. I thought, maybe amazon has UPS delivering my package! Later on, I go on Amazon and it says delivery failed. Carrier tried to deliver to your door or driveway and it was not accessible. Something like that. So today I call post office and tell the story. Guess what I had wrong post office. She gives me GRANDIN roads number. They don’t answer my phone call at all! I have called now 7 times. I tried to call the toll free number but that’s an hour wait. I don’t want to drive to office because I have a toddler and I don’t trust having him out here with the Covid. I wanted to report that lady this morning and figure out where my package. It’s so frustrating to me because I saw her and mail carriers van just like like this. Then, no help at all this morning! My amazon packages always arrive when they are suppose to. So it should be a sign why this one didn’t. Worst experience I’ve had with any postal service in the 4 states I have lived. I pray I get my sons package today!
Venting here since the government doesn’t exactly care about customer service. Mail carrier lied about the delivery time (I have cameras), kept my package in her truck all day and didn’t return to the office until after 5 so I was unable to access it. She didn’t even come knock on the door,.. she had the notice filled out and put in my box by the road; I was just inside. Beyond unacceptable.. I’d file a complaint but nobody cares. So thank you, US mail carrier.. for delivering me wasteful junk 90% of the time and not delivering the package I NEEDED TODAY!
Grandin Rd,.Post office. Roanoke VA. Grandin Village apartments, across the street. We are tired of getting everyone's mail almost every week and they are tired of getting ours. Look before you put into boxes., please. Thank you.
Hardly every delivers the packages I order to my address, always deliver next road over to a different address!!! Our mail person is extremely lazy and when he finally does go to deliver a package to my actual address, if it doesn't fit in the mailbox he will do a delivery exception instead of coming and knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell! He is a moron and this is the absolute worst USPS I have ever dealt with in my life!!!!
