I go there nearly every day. Rarely a line and staff is friendly and helpful. Prefer it over Shawsville anyday of the week. Shawsville did not want to take my packages with an Elliston zip bc they wouldn't get credit for them.
I don’t know what it is with whoever delivers to the Montgomery County side of Bradshaw Rd, but I sure don’t want to see “gate closed” on a missed delivery slip when our gate was wide open, I was able to drive through just fine, and there was already another package delivered at our door. This is ridiculous. Either get someone who can do their job or stick whoever delivers here on a different route.
Horrible, the lady that deliverers our mail continuity loses mail and keeps putting it in the wrong boxes, I have made multiple complaints and nothing has changed, They need to fired her and replace her with someone that is competent. She doesn't seem to know what she is doing. I can understand once and a while but multiple times a month seriously.
She was really nice and sweet
This is the best post office I've been to. So much better than Christiansburg where there is absolutely no parking available. The staff here is very nice and helpful and they know what they're doing.
