I have had the worst experience with mail from this post office than I have ever experience with any other business. Over two months ago they lost a package, and haven't replaced it or reimbursed me for what I paid for it. I have written over 9 complaint emails and the manager (Christina Fairbrother) at the Hollins/Williamson Road location in Roanoke VA(near Famous Anthony's), and she has not given an update about my package, and has completely ignored my other emails. Then to make it worse, tonight 3 of my packages were put in another persons mailbox where I live, and they had to come knock on my door so we could exchange packages. To top that off, I went back to the mailboxes a few minutes later with my uncle who lives in another apartment here to check his box, and there were 5 mailtrucks parked at the apartment place with 5 workers and not one of them had a mask on, to protect customers or even themselves from the Corona Virus, but they kept talking to residents openly and not 6 feet apart, as if the virus doesn't even exist. My uncle couldn't even find his mail, and the black guy with braids who works there didn't know what he was doing when we asked where my uncle's mail was. A black older female worker with gray hair came over to us and she was rude, to him and us. He wasn't even dressed in a mail carriers outfit. It looked like someone in her family helping her out. I am not prejudice saying what color they are, I just want to make sure that it is clear who I am talking about when the managers read this. Those two people came right up to us and didn't care to protect us by keeping their distance. Ontop of everything else my mail was late! I didn't get my mail until after 8 PM! Fire the ones who were on duty tonight and keep the mail carriers who work this area in the day, because what you have working tonight is a terrible example of the postal service!nThis postal service is terrible! I see why you have 2 stars! Hire better workers! Ones who aren't horsing around while on duty, while ignoring their customers, or even being hateful while talking to their customers like the black woman worker was tonight. No wonder the postal service is losing business! Look at who you are hiring!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST WAY TO SHIP PACKAGES. I sell a lot of stuff on eBay and usually use FedEx or UPS. I’ve been using USPS lately because they’re closer and it’s been a nightmare. If packages don’t make it to the buyer then I don’t get paid. They never update their tracking so again I don’t get paid. The latest package I’ve sent through them is lost. So I’m not getting paid. The USPS needs to be shut down. It doesn’t work.

I get my mail delivered in botetourt south the orchards, our mail carrier is absolutely terrible, first we get out mail put into our neighbor's boxes, he shoves mail in the box and he pushed so hard he loosened the mailbox, then he delivers mail of the previous owners and I put return to sender on the letter and got it back in my box 8 times, he is useless and very lazy and irresponsible. When you deliver people's mail it needs to be done with consideration and accuracy and pay attention. This is why the postal service has a bad reputation. If he can't do the job then get a new driver. I would rate a negative rating if I could of!!!!!
