I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t leave zero. I had an appointment to for a passport and photo. I arrived, the passport “office” door was closed. The clerk says says “they don’t do passports here”. I informed him that I have an appointment. He rudely say “I don’t know about no appointment, but they don’t do passports here”. I wouldn’t have been upset if he would have at least had a decent greeting. Or tried to help, nope!

Covid update All mail carriers were Instructed to sign for all of YOUR certified mail & all packages for younI went into the PO to tell the clerk id 02 to inform my mail carrier Not to sign for any certified mail Nor delivery pkgs He's to leave a notice slip in my mail box as he's been doing.. Well ma'am I'll ask him..nI said No you need to inform him Not To after giving her clerk my address
Came here for a Passport renewal with a friend who had an appointment. We showed up and they left a note in the door saying that the power was out. They didn’t even have the decency to call and tell us that they couldn’t go through with the appointment! After we drove half an hour to get here for it... how disappointing.
Staff here have no sense of customer service!! Very incompetent!!
