I had a package sent there because the worker who was supposed to deliver it to my house was too lazy to do so. I immediately scheduled for a re-delivery. It never happened. My package was a perishable item and was ruined. I ordered again and the worker didn’t leave it at my door step. I picked it up from the post office and it was ruined. SMH

I ordered an eBay item back in November as of November 12th according to the speedpak company that sent the item to New York it's been sitting in the Devoe post-office since early November. I called the post office gave them United States Postal Service tracking information and they keep telling me they have no package at that location yet all evidence shows that the package is at that post office the bottom line is the staff over there are lazy they don't want to take that extra step or that initiative to help a customer they always have a negative disposition towards customers and when you tell them you going to report them to the postmaster it's like they don't even want to talk to you they tell you to get out they even threatened calling the police only because you're trying to get some information or you trying to get help. This location needs oversight management from Washington directly the Postmaster General needs to step in and take corrective action immediately look at the reviews of this location you would think it would Dawn on Washington to do something about this that's why there is such a distrust right now for the United States Postal Service especially after recent events during this past election need I say more and again I must Amplified a fact that aggressive correction action is needed at this location.

I got an email last Tuesday saying package delivered and placed in residence mailbox on March 23rd 7:58 PM.. went downstairs and no package today is the 31st, still no package. I had another order that was out for delivery yesterday which was also a Tuesday, never got the package just an email after midnight saying some bs, so I track the package and now it’s awaiting delivery scan.. I will be stopping by my local post office TODAY!! There’s something fishy with the Tuesday delivery guy.. 10460

Post office in west farms bronx. Have the most incompetent mf in my area. They lack village care or customer service skillsnThey need to clean house. Lied on my delivery package. Stating my area is unsafe. Never left a notice lied about that. They need fire them incompetent coconuts

There’s always a line at the post office, but when I do reach the front of the line, there is always a helpful worker there to help me. I know it can be overwhelming sometimes but for the most part the do a great job at customer service and the workers are friendly.
