You'd think that the teller was working on commission! Not only did she offer the customer ahead of me the highest shipping method/rate, she also tried to do the same to me. Then when I stepped off the line, did a little research, went back and questioned her on pricing vs basic shipping methods she started to speak like an auctioneer. She was peaking way to fast to as to confuse me. I've worked in a mail room before and knew something was off, she was over doing it. Do your research on rates vs methods prior to going here!

I went to ship a box and the lady told me it wasn’t the correct label or box because it was 1 lb. so I took it back and went to another USPS the same way and they took my package no questions no problems. Also the attitude was unnecessary :(

This is the most unprofessional post office ive ever encountered. They are rude and disrespectful to their clients. They are always closed even when it says online that they are open. Sometimes the neighbors tell me that the staff are eating next door in the chinese restaurant and take a 2 hour lunch break. I am dissapointed and truly saddened by this horrible service.

We sell on Etsy and always same the same item, same box size, packaging, same weight, in other post office they always have charged us $11.55 this morning the lady in this post office charged me $20, almost double of the rate charged for domestic priority mail medium size box 2 Lbs and 6 Oz - I’ve been sending the same package, same item for a long time, and never other post office charged $20 for that package; it looks like the lady There doesn’t know how to price the packages also she always has an attitude like she doesn’t like her job or something, the other younger lady has kind manners, but the other one always has an attitude, I arrived yesterday at 3:29 she said she was closed in google it said they close at 4, at 3:29 she argued that they are closing early she was already by the door, showed me a paper on the window saying they are nw closing at 3:30 PM and while she argues about the timing it turned into 3:30, I understand she already got ready to leave, but it wasn’t gonna take her more than one minute to take me; it’s the closest Post Office I have but if she will charge $20 for a package that costs $11.55 to ship, I will have to find another post office because the shipping will be eating up the Little profit. I do not recommend this place...

I've lived in the neighborhood for 10 years. I literally only go here when I have no other choice. The lady at the counter to the right(the one everyone here is talking about) is the rudest Postal worker I've ever encountered in my life. Everyone else is cool. If I could give zero stars I would.
