It's almost like a nursing home, besides that there's almost always 1 worker on duty which makes service very long at times but he's been a very nice guy on all my experiences there.nnHowever can use some lighten up in the place, lights for instance ud83eudd17
It’s tiny and has lines but it’s still open only half and hour less than normal during COVID
They lost an important letter I was trying to ship and told me there is nothing they could do. Wow
I started coming here because the one on lafayette is a pathetic disaster. Poor customer service. So this one on Soundview is so much better, in and out. No long lines. I have sent tons of packages, quick shipping and no issues.
This post office lost a package that I was trying to ship out and even lost an envelope that my mother sent to be mailed. Very irresponsible workers. I don't trust any of them in this post office anymore.
