This has to be the worst post office I have ever been too In my whole entire life I have never been treated with such disrespect. The agency post office lost my passport,I have to travel for an emergency. I went over calmly was assisted by a very nice lady In The passport window She apologized for what I was going trough and called her supervisor a lady of Asian decent. I explained to the lady my problem and the lady started screaming at me trough the window saying she didn’t know where my passport was I asked her why she was screaming at me her answer was that I kept asking the same question. I then told her to please help me find my passport because I have a sick brother and her response to me was that what I had was a personal problem. Their is no way why anyone should feel this way or be treated this is completely bad management and this lady should not be in this facility.

Locust Point mailman is the worst,. Delivers to wrong box, will not take mail personally or from the box keeps putting it back in my box. Will not talk to you or help you in any way. Lies about deliveries makes believe he don't understand you. My Meds keep getting lost. Get email that package was delivered to my box go right out No postman in site no meds in my box. Web site and phone number are Useless.

Worst Post office! They don’t deliver your mail, when they do, they leave it at the wrong address, I’ve gone 2 days with no mail delivery, no explanation. They lie about what time they deliver packages too. Never mind when you go to the actual post office, they treat you like you’re a bother, an intrusion on their day. It’s 5pm, I received no mail yesterday and haven’t received mail today. They are a disgrace, no longer the reliable service they used to be.

Staff always helpful and pleasant. Remember you and make you feel welcomed.nI only have one issue....my mailbox. I think lock is jammed. We told one of Postman but no response. I tried for 15 minutes today and key doesn’t work. I think people in 284 Balcom also having problem.nThank you. Stay wel ud83dude37

Wish I could give 0 stars but sadly I cannot.nAnyways, the workers here are unprofessional. I don't go to the post office very often, but when I do, I always have question as to what my options of shipping/mailing are and what's better or cheaper etc. Long story short, I get spoken to like I should already know the USPS does. It seems like it's a HUGE inconvenience for them to answer your questions when you don't know what's what. Horrible, incompetent service, it's a miracle my (once in a blue moon) mail ever gets delivered.nnSecondly, I'm just amazed at how the delivery drivers can drive the trucks and read home addresses but can't figure out how to ring a doorbell. It's simply putting your finger on the doorbell button and applying a little pressure, that's it. I had a perishable item delivered to me and the genius decided to leave my package at my front door sitting in the blazing 95 degree sun for 4 hours without ringing my bell. Thank you to the most amazing USPS service workers for making me waste about $60 worth of perishables during this financially hard times due to this pandemic!
