We booked an appointment for our US passport application. They kept to the appointment time slot, everything was done in a timely manner. We did not have enough photocopies, and the lady made new photocopies for us. Great service.

I would give a zero stars if able. The carriers have no care for the public and their job. More than once, twice, or 30 times I have gotten a notice in my mailbox without them attempting to place the small package in there or come upstairs. Even worse I've been in the house when a notice was placed on the door. To add fuel, I've also had packages left at the wrong residence where kind hearted people actually brought it to me (most times).nThere's also no direct line to speak to someone there and the automated line won't put you through. So now I'm stuck trying to find a way and the only option is to go to the actual post office which is understaffed, out of my way and always packed. Let's not mention how they lost my package a couple of times in the past ud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0fud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f

The times that I been there they been good staff and went one time almost at closing time and they took great care of my Wife and my self & they gave us time to get ready cuz we are handicapped they were Great all 3 of them. G.B.T. HOLLAND OXOXOX SALSA & INDIA]

Wow I've never seen a behavior like that from a supervisor.... ridiculous attitude for someone in charge. This is not professional not one bit, I'm disgusted and don't plan to return to this location.

They need to be close they dont answer phones packages be missing and they can't seem to tell you anything!!!! BIG THRIVE!!!!!!!!
