staff are unprofessional....very bad customer service experience. they do not listen you at all.

I’ve gone to this site quite a few times and have found the staff to be courteous. I usual go on a weekday. I’ve dealt with at least 4 different staff members and they were all kind , gave eye contact, and offered helpful information without attitude. I have a post office closer but because of the service, I started to come to the Ponton Street site. Keep up the good work!
The location is fine. very rude employees always 1 desk open holding up lines. They don’t listen to customer service request act like they don’t hear or care.
I don't understand why this branch having 1.6 *, this branch is one of the best i ever been. Great staff.
