Regularly open late, staff doesn't wear masks, and have a bad attitude. They act mad when people come in with outgoing mail.

My carrier is fantastic just moved into town He was so friendly and helpful on how I submit a change of address and how to get my new mailbox key. Far better then what I was used to in Auburn!
If I could leave no stars I would. I am not sure why the two people I spoke to had such bad attitudes but I truly feel sorry for them if they're life is that miserable to speak to people the way they do. I just remained calm and proceeded being kind to them. Even though they took forever to get my ducklings that were supposed to be overnighted, which resulted in them arriving deceased. I told them to dispose of them because I didn't want dead ducks especially after the way they spoke to me over the phone. They proceeded to tell me that they were going to put the dead ducklings on my door step. Truly a terrible experience.
Very pleased, this office was very helpful and went above and beyond to make things right. The only Post Office that will actually pick up the phone and help you out
