Convenient location but...nWent there due to their 24 hr kiosk and they didnt have any boxes for shipping. Everything looked like a child’s room. It was messy.

USPS flies around my dead end circle and one day hit my mailbox and knocked it on the ground as well as mulch everywhere. Also I am on my third week waiting for a package that travels a state a week. Unfortunately this is now common.

I don't know what's been going on but for the last 3 months my mail has been going to the wrong houses and I've been getting other people's mail. When I call there is no help, I'm not sure what to do.

I had an Amazon Prime delivery that they placed in my mailbox. Because it was a small item it was in a padded envelope and when I received it it was opened and the item was not in there. They had to fold the envelope to put it into my mailbox and I'm surprised they did not see that the envelope had been opened. I had to call Amazon for another delivery and to let them know that someone stole the item out of the envelope. I've had other issues with items being delivered in my mailbox as well. Pretty bad when you can't even trust the mailman
