I was so surprised to see all the negative comments about the Hooksett Post Office. As a long time resident, I have always had a good experience. No one was ever rude or disrespectful. In face, they we always friendly, helpful, and entertaining. Keep up the good work Hooksett Post Office. I appreciate you!
The postal staff is friendly and efficient. Usually no longer waits than 2-3 people but it can get busy. There's a dropbox at entrance for prepaid.
Awful awful awful customer service. I’m a regular package sender; they always make up some random regulation issue I’ve never heard of from any other post office. So rude, they argue at attempted calm conversation, go literally anywhere else. I NEVER leave reviews but somebody please fire the old blonde lady with glasses. There’s other complaints about her if you keep scrolling.
There is one woman in this place that is your stereotypical government employee. I guarantee you that if she worked anywhere else, she would be fired in a second. I have had many dealings with her and her attitude remains the same. Unfortunately, there is no way to report her within the system. (I have tried) Good luck if you have to deal with her. Oh and she is the only person in the place who doesn't where a name tag. I am sure this is by design. Older blonde hair with glasses.
This post office for such a big city is only open at 8 am for PO Box access, and gone by 5:01pmnMeaning anyone employed can never get their mail they pay a premium price to have.nThey need 1 day a week to access boxes at 0600 or keep access until 6pn. Like the banks.nIt's not rocket science. The 2 people that come in early that day get to leave at 330pm. OR Come in at 9 and stay till 6pm.nnFix it!
